Please consider following things before buying a Laptop, this few steps will help to buy a good Laptop which was value for money.

Apart from RAM, Hard disk, Processor it is necessary to understand how the laptops will fulfill our expectations.  Before going to buy just ask yourself for what purpose we are buying Laptops? The laptops are mainly used by Students, Business Executives, Mentors and by some of us who loves Technology.

The main purpose of Laptops was mobility, this makes the difference between Desktops and Laptops, so the laptops with decent screen, VGA, Ethernet and USB ports should be worthy to buy instead of buying a Laptop with big screen and higher graphics without VGA and LAN ports.

Apart from USB ports, the VGA port will be useful for executives who approach their customers with beautiful Multimedia Presentations, etc.  I suggests Executives, Lecturers to check whether the VGA Ports are available before buying a new laptops.

Likewise the Ethernet Port also most important for those peoples who do Business through internet, the WiFi networking are not widely spread in countries like India and it was restricted to some extent for safeguarding the environment, most organizations are using internet through Broadband Modem and cables is used instead of WiFi for distributing internet, Local Area Network using cable will be less cost when compared to WiFi Network, So the Laptop with Ethernet Port will be an added advantage for the Business executives and learners who depends on internet services.

Audio and Mic jacks, nowadays the manufacturer providing Laptops with Dolby systems but forget to provide  separate audio output, the students who seek online courses mostly prefer headphones instead of Dolby speakers for observing the hints clearly.  So students don't forget to check the audio ports before purchasing a new laptops, like wise separate mic port will be preferred by Lecturers who take online classes for effective communications.  The laptops with separate audio and mic port will be less fault occurrence instead of laptops with combined output of audio and mic. 

I request windows users to check whether the new laptops was preloaded with genuine Windows because purchasing windows alone will be more cost when compared to laptops with prebuilt Windows software.  Also check the manufacturer providing the recovery media in some case the user should create recovery media after purchasing the laptops.
